7 months

Our little girl is growing up very quickly. Sitting up, crawling around and trying to feed herself chunks of fruit and generally getting up to mischief! So much is happening in her little world.

Beach Baby

This month Adele has started to move on her tummy. She can move herself about a metre. We have to keep things off the floor just in case she gets to it. It was a bit too late for one of mum's book. She gave it a good chew and loved the pages so much, she thought that she would tear them too! She has also mastered the roll in the cot. The other day I saw her trying to climb the cot rails.
Adele had her first day at the beach. She wasn't too fond of the waves and had a little cry. I think the water was a little too cold. She loved the sand between her toes.

Yes, Adele has started on solids. She loves her rice cereal and carrots!

Christening 26th August 2007

Adele's christening day. Adele was christened in Brisbane with family and friends. She wore a white christening dress that her mum made about 17 years ago for all her neices and nephews. It was Adele's turn to wear the dress. Afterwards we had a BBQ lunch party to celebrate the occasion. We all had a great time.
Thankyou to all who gave Adele well wishes and gifts on the day.

Meet our new cleaning lady. Too much playing and not enough cleaning!

4 months

Adele has started to play peek-a-boo with mum and dad. She also loves it when mum blows bubbles often laughing out aloud. (I am amazed at how much pleasure she gets from simple objects around the house like detergent, bubble maker, spoons as rattles and balloons). Simple toys seem to keep her amuzed and fascinated.

Adele seems to enjoy a conversation or two with her mum.

Well, I had to dig up Adele's winter clothes as it has just started to get nippy in Sydney. We think she looks so cute in her winter gear.

The Crocodile Huntress

Adele is keen on hunting down crocodiles particularly this one. She just started to grab hold of toys.

1st Mother's Day

It was Mother's Day on Sunday and Adele and Daddy spoiled mama with breakfast in bed and gave mama the best ever Mother's Day gift and pretty flowers. We have attached a movie of the big event.

At the Beach

Well the 3 of us finally made it down to our local beach for a walk and we thought we would take some photos of Adele's first trip to Curly Beach. She wasn't too interested in the scenery. She preferred to snooze instead, but one day she will learn to appreciate the lovely scenery and the good looking young male life savers!

4 Generations

The 4 generations have come together for a snap Great Grandmother (nanny), Granddad, Dad and Adele.

4 weeks

Adele will be celebrating her 1 month birthday on the 24th April. Grandma is here for 2 weeks helping mum, dad and her little grand-daughter. We are very greatful for her help and support. We all go out shopping, walks or have coffees. Here are a few pics of Adele and family.
